In a perfect world, education is your career.

Meet Henry

My career started in the classroom as a teacher in Hawai’i and as an instructional coach in DC. As an alum of Metro Nashville and Virginia public schools, I wanted to be a great teacher in gratitude for the incredible teachers I had. Each of the five years I spent in the classroom was a gift, and I still tell people teaching is one of the few careers where you get to laugh every day.

Unfortunately, teacher turnover was prevalent in my schools and became a driving reason for attending Yale’s business school for graduate school. My time here has been focused on learning how effective organizations operate and how to bring those learnings to education.
